Yes. We are based in Portugal and plan celebrations across Portugal, Spain, Italy and the rest of Europe. Travel and accommodation for the team are quoted separately, depending on the destination.
Planning & Coordination is the complete service, where atmosphere, timing and emotion are orchestrated from the first conversation to the last dance. Event Styling is dedicated to the visual identity of the celebration: mood boards, a bespoke design concept, and its execution on the day.
As involved as you wish. Some couples want to choose every stem and every plate; others hand us the feeling they want and let us build it. Both work. What we ask for is honesty about what matters to you.
Yes. If there are people you already love and trust, we build the team around them. For suppliers who are new to us, we meet them well before the day, share the plan and the timings, and make sure everyone arrives working as one team.
For a destination wedding, twelve to eighteen months gives us room to secure the venue you want and to design without haste. If your date is closer, write to us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can give it what it deserves.
You tell us about yourselves and the celebration you imagine. We reply with a first conversation, with no commitment, to understand your story. From there we prepare a proposal shaped to your wedding.
